Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! 

I am your principal, Cheryl Jones.  I am starting my 25th year in Aledo ISD and my 28th year in education.  I have been the principal at the ALC for the past eight years.  I am married to Robby Jones, who teaches and coaches at AHS.  We have two sons that graduated from AHS, Dane and Cade.

I am excited to welcome back our returning students and I am also looking forward to meeting our new students.  The staff at the ALC has been working hard to prepare for your arrival.  I am super excited to get this school year started and get you on your journey towards graduation.

The ALC staff is dedicated to ensuring all students succeed and obtain their high school diploma. Seeing our students reach their fullest potential is our ultimate goal.  We are ready to GROW GREATNESS with you!
