Amazing Art Accomplishments @ VASE!

Congratulations to our talented Aledo High School art students and their dedicated teacher, Linda Greenwood, for their outstanding achievements at this year’s Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) competition! Their creativity, hard work, and passion for the arts were on full display, with many students earning top scores—and one advancing to the state level!

A special congratulations to Ariana Storms, who not only received the highest rating but also qualified for the VASE State Competition with her stunning piece, Jake of All Trades. Her artwork is a heartfelt tribute to her father, featuring intricate hidden details that make it truly remarkable.

Several students achieved a score of 4, the highest rating at VASE, demonstrating the strength of Aledo’s Fine Arts program. We are incredibly proud of our art program for cultivating such a creative and inspiring environment.
